Arch Rock

Arch Rock is located at the
east end of Anacapa Island in
the Channel Islands National
Park off the coast of southern
Calfornia.
Martin and Nancy Stabb were on a whale hunting boat tour from Ventura, when, after not seeing any whales, they happened on Arch Rock at the extreme east end of Anacapa Island. For those wishing to visit the park, a ferry leaves from the Visitors Center south of Pierpont Bay. There is also a ferry at Hollywood-by-the Sea near Port Hueneme. Photo by Martin Stabb |
