This arch, called Kleines Prebischtor, is located in a German landscape called Sächsische Schweiz near the city of Dresden not far from the border with the Czech Republic and not far from its much larger cousin, Grosse Prebischtor (also known as Pravcicka Brana in the Czech Republic).
