Awesome Arch
See “Temple Wash Arch”. From Temple Wash Arch, hike down the drainage, staying close to the cliff on the left, then follow around into the large drainage to the E. for about a quarter mile. Up on the right, the Arch becomes visible. Ted estimates its span at 50 ft. and its vertical opening at 20 ft. The talus slope is too steep and slippery to get up to or above the arch. Ted refers to Temple Wash Arch, Bridge of Size, and Awesome Arch as “The Bryce Canyon Trio”.
