Broken Bow Arch
Broken Bow Arch Among the major arches in the Escalante River drainage, this one has a relatively short hike of between a mile and a half and two miles. It is also one of the more attractive ones and is well worh the effort to visit it. The opening has a height of 106 ft. and a span of 90 ft. (note the author's figure standing in the opening). The trailhead is about 47 miles down the Hole-in-the-Rock Rd (see Metate Arch).
