Going south on Rt. 191 in downtown Moab, turn right onto
Cane Creek Blvd. Keep left where the road forks and continue
on through the Portal and cross a cattle guard. Shortly beyond
the cattle guard, there is a parking turnout on the left for the
Moab Rim trailhead. This is a steep and dangerous 4wd trail
and should only be traversed in the company of other vehicles.
It is perfectly safe for hikers, however. Hike up the long ramp
and continue on the marked trail until the arch is visible on the
left. The arch has a 30 foot span.
