Red Canyon Arch

Approaching Bryce Canyon National Park from the west, one turns
east onto Utah Rt. 12 from north-south running US 89. Rt. 12 soon
ascends Red Canyon onto the Paunsaugunt Plateau on whose
eastern edge lies Bryce Canyon N.P. This arch is visible from the
road near the National Forest Visitor's Center in Red Canyon. It
lies just a few yards from the Visitor's Center parking lot although
not visible from the lot. Walk a short distance up hill from the east
end of the lot to view the arch.
