NABSQNO 12S-672315-4329200. Opinion Arch is a buttress natural arch eroded through Entrada sandstone. It is located on the south side of Long Mesa in a BLM wilderness area west of Grand Junction in Mesa County, Colorado. Access requires a permit and directions from the BLM ranger station in Grand Junction. The arch was named for the grove of pinion pines at its base.
Craig Shelley measured Opinion Arch with a laser range finder on September 20, 2006. He reports a span of 47 feet and a height of 50 feet.
