NABSQNO 12S-688100-4334100. West Pollock Arch is a cave natural arch eroded through Entrada sandstone. Because the cave is shallow, the arch somewhat resembles an alcove natural arch, but no vertical joint is present. It is located above Pollock Canyon in a BLM wilderness area west of Grand Junction in Mesa County, Colorado. Access requires a permit and directions from the BLM ranger station in Grand Junction. West Pollock Arch has a span of about 35 feet.
