It is located at the junction of White Oak Canyon with Last Chance Canyon in the Sitting Bull Falls Recreation Area, part of the Lincoln National Forest. Access is via US Forest Service hiking trails. Howowitz Arch has a span of 18 feet and a separation of 40 feet. It is named for Danny Horowitz (1935-2002), the founding President of The Natural Arch and Bridge Society. Another photograph is available here.
