NABSQNO 13T-449893-4731482. Ayres Natural Bridge is a meander natural bridge eroded through a ridge of Casper sandstone by La Prele Creek. It is located in Ayres Natural Bridge County Park about 15 miles west of Douglas, Wyoming. Its discovery is lost to history, but it was already a well known landmark and camping spot in the early 1840's for settlers traveling west on the Oregon Trail, then only about two miles to the north. Today, it is a popular site for wedding ceremonies.

Ayres Natural Bridge appears in the Vreeland catalog as number 19-8. He reports a span of 90 feet.
