Sanmenhai is a closely spaced series of three waterfall natural bridges eroded through Devonian karst by a subterranean tributary of the Poxin River. Because of their proximity, and because they are almost always viewed together via tour boat, they are listed here as a cluster. Only the middle bridge is pictured above. The other two, while similar in appearance, are less photogenic. Sanmenhai is located about 15 km south of Fengshan, Guangxi Province, China, and is part of the Leye-Fengshan Geopark.
