NABSQNO 13S-497400-4145205. Profile Rock is a volcanic dike of basalt penetrated by several openings. These are mostly wedged chockstones but there are a few small natural arches, including the pair of fin natural arches pictured above. Profile Rock is easily viewed from Colorado Highway 12, about four miles south of La Veta in Huerfano County, Colorado. The larger arch in the photo has a span of about 12 feet.
