ALG-16, Bouhan Arch, Tin Tazarift West
Area. 4 meter span by 8 meter height (estimated). From Imestar Arch, retrace
your steps to the donkey trail and proceed east on the trail toward the
Tin-Tazarift locality. Walk about 1 km across gravel flat surrounded by
pinnacle buttes to a view of this arch to the left (NE). The arch is located
150 meters away and cannot be missed if you watch for it. Bouhan means
owl in the Tamahaq dialect. |
