ALG-171, Triangle Arch, Tin Tazarift West Area. 3.5 meter span by 2.4 meter height (measured). This arch is located 200 meters southwest of ALG-28 (Sand Dune Arch).

ALG-178, Frame Arch, Tin Tazarift West Area. 5.1 meter span (measured). In the area of ALG-17 (Moula Moula Arch), leave the main trail and bear northeast through the rock masses. Walk about 400 meters to the other side of the reef and find this arch just before you leave the reef.

ALG-180, Wedged Dune Arch, Tin Tazarift West Area. 6.7 meter span (measured). Find this arch near ALG-178 (Frame Arch). The arch is named for the enshrined sand dune which is located in the nook of rock behind the arch.

ALG-179, Square Arch, Tin Tazarift West Area. 6 meter span (estimated). This arch is located 200 meters northwest from ALG-180. The shape of this opening is very unusual, forming a right angle.

ALG-186, Pillar Arch, Tin Tazarift West Area. 2 meter height (estimated). Located in the periphery near ALG-179 and ALG-180. The rock masses are well-spaced in this area, making the natural openings easy to find and visit. This compensates a bit for the poor notes taken on the next seven entries.

ALG-181, Abayor Arch, Tin Tazarift West Area. 1.5 meter span (estimated). Located in the area around ALG-179 (Square Arch). Abayor means "goatskin bottle" in the Tamahaq dialect.

ALG-169, Spire Arch, Tin Tazarift West Area. 4.5 meter span (measured). Farther northwest from ALG-179 (Square Arch). This arch is close to a monolith visible from a long distance. This spire is shown in the background of the photo.

ALG-170, Triple Arch, Tin Tazarift West Area. Farther northwest from ALG-179 (Square Arch). This is a triple opening.

ALG-183, Tedh-n-Taouik Arch, Tin Tazarift West Area. 1.5 meter span by 1.5 meter height (estimated). Farther northwest from ALG-179 (Square Arch). This small opening located in a nook of a hidden corridor is very hard to spot. Can be found only if you explore systematically all nooks of this part of the reef. Tedh-n-Taouik means "nightbird eye" in the Tamahaq dialect.

ALG-185, Acute Angle Arch, Tin Tazarift West Area. 6.8 meter span (measured). Farther northwest from ALG-179 (Square Arch). Natural arches beyond this area in the end of the Tin-Tazarift reef are best described or reached from the Tin-Aboteka site or from the Gate of Tin-Aboteka landmark (ALG-121).

ALG-399, unnamed arch 95, Tin Tazarift West Area. 2 meter span (estimated). This arch is located 150 meters west of Square Arch (ALG-179) and easily seen from it.

ALG-400, Four Hundred Arch, Tin Tazarift West Area. 5 meter span (estimated). This arch is located behind Square Arch (ALG-179). The morning shade decreases the apparent span of the arch in the photo.

ALG-401, Mummy's Eye, Tin Tazarift West Area. 1.5 meter span (estimated). This small arch is located near Square Arch (ALG-179).

ALG-402, unnamed arch 96, Tin Tazarift West Area. 2 meter span (estimated). This arch is located near Square Arch (ALG-179).

ALG-403, unnamed arch 97, Tin Tazarift West Area. 1.5 meter height (estimated). This small arch is located near Square Arch (ALG-179). Note that rocks seen through the opening are the same rocks visible to the right in the picture of ALG-399 (unnamed arch 95).
