ALG-224, Stage Arch, Tissoukai
Area Islet Three. 5.3 meter height (measured). GPS 32R 551375 2755109.
From ALG-223 (Amezzagh Arch), leave the camp
and cross the flat east for 450 meters to the islet of rocks (Islet 3
on Map 10). You cross Idou wash on
the way and the arch is visible along the way. Once on the islet of rocks,
climb into it 150 meters to the arch. Photo taken at sunset. |

ALG-225, Fin's Window, Tissoukai Area Islet Three. 3.4
meter span by 1.6 meter height (measured). This arch is located 30 meters
northwest opposite to ALG-224 (Stage Arch). Photo taken in early morning. |

ALG-226, Abandoned Arch,
Tissoukai Area Islet Three. 6 meter span (estimated). Find this arch on
the north side of Islet 3. Behind the arch you can see the flat that separates
Islet 3 and Islet 4. Another wonderful free-standing arch of the Tassili. |

ALG-227, unnamed arch 46, Tissoukai Area Islet Three.
2.5 meter height (estimated). Explore Islet 3 to find this arch on the
west side. Islet 3 is the smallest of the four described here. It is quickly
explored (in about 30 minutes) so the natural arches are easy to find. |

Largest opening has a 5.0 meter span; small opening has a 1.7 meter span
(measured). Explore Islet 3 to find this arch. Photo taken at a higher
